SLPRB Assam SI Result 2025: Overview
The Assam Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) has announced the results of the PST/ PET exams for 686 driver constable and other positions in the Assam Police and APRO as on March 4, 2025. Additionally, on 06-03-2025 at 11 a.m., the results of the Written Test (CWT-2025) for the position of Sub-Inspector will be announced.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 203 vacancies across various posts, including:
- 144 openings for the position of Sub-Inspector (Unarmed Branch) in the Assam Police are now available.
- APRO is hiring for seven positions of Sub-Inspector of Police (Communication).
- Assam Commando Battalions has 51 openings for Sub-Inspectors (Armed Branch),
- while the Directorate General of Civil Defense and Headquarters (DGCD) and Assam have 1 opening for an Assistant Deputy Controller (Junior).

Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) administration follows successful completion of the written exam. Starting from March 17, 2025, these exams will be carried out at the 4th Assam Police Battalion in Kahilipara, Guwahati. The PST and PET timetable looks like this:
- Join the Assam Police as a SI (UB) on March 17, 2025, at 7:00 AM. Then, join APRO as a SI (Communication) (for female applicants).
- Assam Commando Battalions (for female candidates): SI (AB) on March 18, 2025, at 7:00 AM.
- For male applicants, the following will be held on March 19–20, 2025 at 7:00 AM: SI (UB) in the Assam Police and SI (Communication) in APRO.
