Students interested in the Summer Internship 2025 in SCI’s Mumbai Office are encouraged to apply; the internship is open to students majoring in:
- Management programs at the master’s or doctoral level (with concentrations in areas like marketing, finance, human resources, international business, operations, etc.)
- Law (either after completion of 12th grade or college)
- Scientific and technological disciplines, with a focus on engineering
- Selected candidates may be required to participate in either a personal or online interview, and the apprenticeship term will not exceed two months. Applicants should visit the SCI website often for revisions, since the actual interview schedule will be provided in due course.
Some key details of the 2025 summer internship with the Shipping Corporation of India would be:
- Nobody will be paying you to do this internship, and you won’t even get any help with housing or gas money.

All applicants are advised to prepare all necessary documents in PDF format, which includes:
- Return to Work
- Complete set of grades (MBA, Law, Engineering, if appropriate)
- Photo ID from the school
- Aadhaar or a comparable proof of birth
- Supplemental materials
- The candidate’s name must be included in the file name of the combined PDF file, which must not exceed 20 MB in size.
Application Deadline
On April 29, 2025, the online application will close. No application will be accepted if it is incomplete or does not fulfil the qualifying conditions.
