RRB ALP 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has extended the registration deadline for the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP)-2025 recruitment. The deadline for applications is May 19, 2025, and they may be submitted online at rrbcdg.gov.in. By the revised schedule, the deadline for application fee payment has been extended to May 21. Before this, May 11 was the registration date, and May 13 was the fee payment deadline.
Also, from May 22nd through May 31st, applicants to the RRB ALP will have the opportunity to make modifications to their application forms during the modification window. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the information provided while creating an account or the RRB zone that has been chosen. For any adjustments made while the time frame is open, a charge of Rs 250 will be applied.
Additionally, the RRB has announced that the age restriction for RRB ALP candidates would continue to be determined as of July 1, 2025. Educational credentials and other necessary certifications, however, will be valid until May 19, the new application deadline. Rs 500 for general and OBC (with Rs 400 returned when you take the CBT 1)
The fee for SC/ST, PwBD, women, and ex-servicemen is Rs 250, which may be refunded in full when they appear for CBT 1.
RRB ALP Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
A medical fitness exam, document verification, and two computer-based tests (CBT 1 and CBT 2) make up the selection procedure that is part of the recruiting process. Negative marking is applicable in all CBTs; CBT 1 has 75 questions to finish in 60 minutes, CBT 2 has two sections, Part A and Part B, with Part A having 100 questions and 90 minutes, and Part B having 75 trade-specific questions and 60 minutes.
