NEET PG 2025 Notification Released At natboard.edu.in, Registration Begins Today

NEET PG 2025 Notification Released: After 3 PM on April 17, the National Eligibility and Entrance Test for Postgraduates (NEET PG) 2025 notice will be issued. The deadline to submit an online application is 11:55 PM on May 7. The application window will be available until then. Exam results will be disclosed on July 15, following the examination scheduled for June 15.

A computer-based version of the NEET PG 2025 will be administered across two shifts by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), despite persistent objections to the contrary. Roughly 21,000 MBBS graduates compete each year for 52,000 postgraduate medical seats in India by taking the NEET PG exam.

The first-ever NEET PG to be administered in two sessions was last year. Two shifts of 9 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 7 PM each held the test on August 11.

Notably, NEET PG was held in two shifts for the first time last year. The exam occurred on August 11, with the first shift from 9 AM to 12:30 PM and the second from 3:30 PM to 7 PM.

Eligibility Criteria

Approval from the Indian Medical Council or a valid provisional pass certificate equivalent to an MBBS is required of all candidates. Beyond that, in order to sit for the test, students need to finish their internship (which typically takes a year) before the due date.
