Salary
An analyst recruited to work for the bank may expect a fixed remuneration of about Rs 14.83 lakh per year.
Also, the Bank may, at its discretion, opt to add a variable pay component (performance bonus) to fixed compensation equal to up to 20% of the total income.
At appropriate intervals, compensation may be revised with the Board’s approval.
