- Educational Requirements: A graduate, postgraduate, or doctoral degree from a recognised university or institution in the following subjects of study: – Food Technology Study Topics : Food engineering includes the study of food processing and preservation, food processing technology, food technology and management, food biotechnology, food plant operations management, food process engineering and management, food processing, food safety and quality management, and process and food engineering.
- The following fields fall under the umbrella of agricultural science: (i) farming and agricultural engineering; (iii) biotechnology; (iv) dairy technology; (v) fisheries; (vi) food technology; (vii) nutrition and dietetics; and (viii) horticulture.
